What to Expect

Being Prepared for Your Appointment.

At Dedicated to Women, we want to ensure that your visit is as smooth and efficient as possible. To help you be fully prepared for your appointment, here’s a guide with everything you need to know:

Camera & Audio Recording
To guarantee absolute privacy, strict confidentiality, and data safety for all patients and staff, any form of audio, video, or photographic recording is strictly prohibited on these premises. This is an absolute policy with zero exceptions. Recording is banned across all devices, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, and wearable smart technology equipped with cameras or microphones, such as smart glasses. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the provider-patient relationship.

ID & Insurance
Please bring your valid ID and insurance cards to your appointment.

Copays & Deductibles
Please be advised that your copay and any applicable deductibles are due at the time of check-in. We kindly ask that these payments be made before your appointment begins. If you’re unsure of the amounts, please contact your insurance company before your appointment to verify your plan details.

Paperwork
Please remember that paperwork must be filled out yearly. If you have not seen us yet this year, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for completion.

Late Arrivals
To ensure prompt service to all our patients, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may lead to rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellation Policies
We kindly request a 24-48 hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please notify us via MyChart or call us at 302-674-0223. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of care.
