We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Access Lead for our Front Desk team.
As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure a positive and welcoming experience for our patients. This full-time role, primarily based in Dover with required travel to our four locations, involves overseeing the front desk team, managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting with inquiries both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for women’s health are essential.
